1. What should I do to become a member of ASIPI and how much is the cost??
The admission process in ASIPI starts with the remittance of the membership application form that you will find in our website www.asipi.org (MEMBERSHIP/HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER). It is important to remember that the same must be accompanied by the names of two Members who sponsor your application.
The cost of the admission fee (to be paid just once when becoming a member of the Association) is USD 200, while the cost of the membership annual fee is USD 300. The payment shall be made through a bank transfer or by sending a check from the United States to our Treasury in Chile. Once the application has been formally accepted, the Treasurer of the Association shall send instructions for the payment of the admission and annual fees.
2. Is it necessary for the two members sponsoring the application to sign the same or send a letter?
It is enough to mention the names of the sponsors in the membership application.
3. Is membership personal or corporate?
ASIPI membership is individual and not corporate.
4. What happens if I have pending fees?
You will not receive the publications ASIPI sends to its associates and you will not be able to register for the activities carried out by ASIPI with the price given to members.
5. What happens if I owe 3 annual fees?
This is a cause for elimination and you are advised to contact the Treasury to prevent being expelled from ASIPI, after which you will not be able to participate in any activity organized by ASIPI.
